Unfortunately all sales are final, all of what we create are limited edition items. Unless we sent you the wrong size, item, or in any other way made an error with your order we can not accept refunds or exchanges.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need proof of purchase.

How long will it take my order to ship?
For all PRE-ORDER items, shipping will take up to 6 weeks after the order is placed. This is when we will receive our inventory shipment. You will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number once your pre-order has shipped
For all APPAREL & STICKER orders, they are processed and shipped the next business day after they are placed. Processing times may vary depending on order volume and location.
When will I get my order?
For all PRE-ORDER items, domestic orders typically arrive within 2–8 business days after shipment.
International orders typically arrive within 3–12 business days after shipment, depending on country and location.
International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
For Express Your Universe | Stickers, domestic orders typically arrive within 2-5 business days after shipment.
International orders typically arrive within 10-30 business days, depending on country and location.
For all clothing items, domestic orders typically arrive within 10-17 business days after shipment.
International orders typically arrive within 10-20 business days after shipment, depending on country and location.
Why does my free USA shipping get removed when I add a discount code?
Shopify doesn't allow two separate discount codes to be applied to the same order. For example, if your total order is $77.00, you get free USA shipping. But if you add a 10% off discount code. It brings the total under $75 and your free shipping is removed. Making the grand total well over the original total.
Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to combat this. What we recommended doing is not applying the discount code, and only selecting free shipping. You are still saving money either way! We apologize for this inconvenience.
