Why does my free USA shipping get removed when I add a discount code?

Shopify doesn't allow two separate discount codes to be applied to the same order. For example, if your total order is $77.00, you get free USA shipping. But if you add a 10% off discount code. It brings the total under $75 and your free shipping is removed. Making the grand total well over the original total.

Unfortunately there is nothing that can be done to combat this. What we recommended doing is not applying the discount code, and only selecting free shipping. You are still saving money either way! We apologize for this inconvenience.
